These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777cg ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777cg website located at https://777cg.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through the Platform.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Platform. 777cg strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. 777cg reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the User cannot demonstrate compliance.
Registering an account as an adult does not constitute a representation by 777cg that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Compliance with local age restrictions is separate from compliance with local gambling laws.
Each individual User may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email address, device, IP address or payment method — are strictly prohibited. 777cg reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers and forfeit any balances held in breach of this rule.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777cg does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where operating an online gambling platform is expressly prohibited under applicable law unless the operator holds a valid license for that jurisdiction. The Platform is operated internationally and may be accessible from Pakistan; however, 777cg expressly disclaims any representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or that it holds approval from any Pakistani regulatory authority.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded through the Platform's responsible gambling tools, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order in any applicable jurisdiction, are prohibited from registering a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under different credentials is a serious breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 777cg is not responsible for communication failures or account issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the Help Center or Live Chat. 777cg will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.
777cg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection beyond your password.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as specified during registration. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at the point of transaction. The displayed account balance reflects the nominated account currency.
777cg supports a range of payment methods suited to Pakistani users. Familiar local payment rails — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as examples of Pakistani payment channels. The actual availability of any specific payment method is determined by the operator's current integrations, applicable regulatory requirements and the policies of individual payment providers. 777cg does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific method.
All deposits are subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to verified account holders who have met all applicable wagering requirements and have no outstanding compliance holds on their account. Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted — only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, the User's KYC verification status and any compliance review requirements. 777cg does not guarantee specific processing times and expressly disclaims any representation that withdrawals will be processed "instantly" or within any specific timeframe. E-wallet and instant payment methods (such as those based on Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast technology) may generally process faster than bank transfers, but this is not guaranteed and depends on factors outside 777cg's control including the payment provider's own processing timelines, compliance holds and applicable law.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account settings. Limits may be adjusted based on account verification status, transaction history and operator policy. 777cg reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments. Any applicable processing fees will be disclosed prior to withdrawal confirmation.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available options. This requirement exists to comply with AML obligations. Where the original deposit method cannot accept refunds, an alternative verification process will be applied before processing via an alternate method.
All bonus offers and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
Welcome bonus offers are available to new users only on their first qualifying deposit. Minimum deposit requirements (for example, PKR 1,000) and any maximum bonus cap (for example, PKR 25,000) are specified in the current welcome offer terms. Users who have previously held an account under any name or registration detail are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.
777cg operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, and any collusion between Users to advantage specific parties. Where bonus abuse is identified, 777cg reserves the right to void associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the User's account and recover any funds paid out in error.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by 777cg. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where: the User's account does not have sufficient funds, the bet is placed on a market that has been suspended, or there is a technical error in the displayed odds or game outcome. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference number has been generated and displayed to the User.
If a bet is accepted at odds or under conditions that represent a manifest error (for example, odds substantially out of line with the prevailing market due to a technical fault), 777cg reserves the right to void the bet and return stakes to the User's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements. Once a bet is submitted and confirmed, the User accepts the odds at the time of confirmation. Delays between submission and confirmation may occur due to network latency; Users should be aware of this risk when placing live bets, particularly during high-activity events such as PSL matches or ICC T20 fixtures.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning conducted by human dealers under video monitoring. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
777cg is required to verify the identity and age of all Users as part of its KYC and AML compliance obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal or at any time the Platform has reason to conduct a review. Users who fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended and their account placed under review.

Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities. Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal — never through unsecured email, chat or third-party channels.
777cg is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools available to all registered Users, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard at any time.
Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform on a permanent or extended basis may do so through the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software and the underlying source code, is the property of 777cg or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 777cg.
Game content provided by third-party software providers is subject to those providers' separate licensing terms. The presence of third-party content on the Platform does not constitute endorsement of 777cg by those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cg, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to any User for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777cg's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
777cg reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; (b) a compliance review is pending; (c) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; or (d) required by applicable law or a competent authority. During a suspension, the User may not place bets, make withdrawals or access their account balance.
Following investigation, 777cg may permanently close an account and, where a breach of these Terms has been established, forfeit the account balance. Notice will be provided to the User's registered email address where practicable. Users whose accounts have been closed for breach may appeal the decision through the Platform's formal complaints process.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the Help Center or Live Chat. Before processing a closure request, 777cg will confirm the withdrawal of any eligible real-money balance. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering activity at the time of the request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming license. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's license jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction of residence provide for a different forum.
777cg reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through: (a) a notice displayed on the Platform upon next login; (b) an email to the registered account email address; or (c) both. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. 777cg recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.
