7 Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
7.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
777cg does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own independent commercial purposes. Any sharing of data with third parties is strictly limited to the categories and purposes described below.
7.2 Categories of Third Parties
- KYC and Identity Verification Providers: Specialist third-party services that verify the authenticity of identity documents and perform liveness checks. These providers act as Data Processors under contractual data processing agreements.
- Payment Service Providers: Processors handling deposit and withdrawal transactions. Payment providers receive only the transaction data necessary to execute the payment. They operate under their own privacy policies and applicable financial regulations.
- Fraud Prevention and AML Services: Services used to screen transactions and account activity against sanctions lists, politically exposed persons (PEP) databases and fraud watchlists.
- Game Software Providers: Third-party casino game suppliers may receive anonymised or pseudonymised session data to facilitate game delivery. They do not receive your full identity data.
- Cloud and Hosting Infrastructure: Servers and database infrastructure on which the Platform operates, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
- Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order or regulatory authority, 777cg may disclose personal data to competent authorities.
7.3 No Unauthorised Disclosure
Beyond the categories above, 777cg will not disclose your personal data to any third party without your explicit consent, unless required to do so by a binding legal obligation.
8 Payment Data & Pakistani Payment Rails
When you make a deposit or withdrawal using available payment methods, your payment transaction data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers. 777cg does not store full payment card numbers or complete mobile wallet credentials. Only the data necessary to process the transaction and maintain your account history is retained by 777cg.
References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in the context of deposits and withdrawals are made because these are familiar payment channels for Pakistani users. These providers are referenced as contextual examples only. None of them endorses 777cg, and their treatment of any gambling-related transaction is governed entirely by their own privacy policies, terms of service and compliance obligations.
Security Reminder: Never share your Easypaisa, JazzCash or banking credentials with 777cg staff or through any chat channel. 777cg will never ask for your full banking password, mobile wallet PIN or one-time verification code (OTP) through Live Chat or email.
9 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
9.1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the Platform. They serve functions ranging from essential session management to analytics and personalisation.
9.2 Types of Cookies Used
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how users navigate the Platform — which pages are visited most frequently, where users drop off and how long sessions last. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users.
- Preference Cookies: Store your selected language, currency and other interface preferences to improve your experience on return visits.
- Marketing Cookies: Where you have consented, these cookies may be used to deliver relevant promotional content. You may withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or account preferences.
9.3 Managing Cookies
You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Be aware that disabling essential cookies will prevent certain Platform features from functioning correctly. Instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help documentation.
10 Data Retention
777cg retains personal data for the following periods, after which it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised:
- Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of the account plus five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction to comply with applicable AML and financial record-keeping obligations.
- KYC documents: Retained in line with applicable AML obligations — typically five (5) years from the end of the business relationship.
- Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, or longer where relevant to an ongoing complaint or dispute.
- Analytics and usage data: Retained in aggregated/anonymised form without a fixed expiry, as anonymised data does not constitute personal data.
- Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
Where a legal hold, dispute, investigation or regulatory inquiry requires data to be preserved beyond the standard retention period, data will be retained until the matter is resolved.
11 Data Security
777cg implements a layered set of technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk associated with the data processed. These include:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit between your device and the Platform.
- Encryption at rest for stored personal data and sensitive documents.
- Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need can access personal data.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to Users to protect account access.
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure.
- Incident response procedures to detect, contain and notify relevant parties in the event of a data breach.
Despite our best efforts, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for taking reasonable steps to secure your device and internet connection.
12 International Data Transfers
777cg operates internationally, and your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence in connection with the operation of the Platform, including by third-party processors such as KYC providers, payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, 777cg takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where applicable under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani data protection law is still developing. 777cg processes personal data of Pakistani users in accordance with the standards set out in this Policy and applicable international data protection standards.
13 Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law and certain limitations (including AML retention obligations), you hold the following rights in respect of your personal data:
- Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is processed.
- Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your account.
- Right to Erasure: In certain circumstances, you may request deletion of your personal data. This right is subject to overriding legal obligations — for example, AML record-keeping requirements mean that transaction and identity data cannot be deleted during the mandatory retention period.
- Right to Restriction: You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while a dispute about accuracy is being resolved.
- Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you may request that we provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us through the Live Chat or Help Center, or by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and, where required by applicable law, within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid request.
Identity verification may be required before we process a data rights request to protect against unauthorised access to another person's data. This verification step is a security measure, not an obstacle.
14 Minors & Age Restriction
The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. 777cg does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered an account or submitted personal data, the account will be closed immediately, all associated data will be deleted and any funds deposited will be returned to the source (subject to verification).
If you believe a minor has gained access to the Platform using your payment details or identity information, please contact us immediately through the Live Chat or Help Center so that the matter can be investigated and the account closed without delay.
15 Changes to This Policy
777cg reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law or the services we offer. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Platform at your next login and by email to your registered address.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notification of material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
